This Service Agreement outlines our commitment to providing your dental practice with comprehensive marketing solutions designed to enhance your online presence and attract new patients.
Services Provided:
1. Custom CRM Integration: Immediate lead delivery to your system, accessible via mobile for real-time engagement.
2. Professionally Designed Landing Page: Your practice’s digital storefront, optimized for capturing leads.
3. Comprehensive Advertising Strategy: Including search ads, display and video ads, and enhanced directory listings to maximize your visibility online.
4. Lead Management: Real-time access and management of new patient inquiries via an intuitive CRM platform.
5. Ongoing Support: Continuous assistance with campaign optimization and troubleshooting.
Fees: The total cost for the services is $2400 CAD, inclusive of all campaign budgets. This is a one-time payment, with no hidden costs.
Term: This agreement covers a campaign period of one month, starting from the date of activation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: You may cancel the service within a specified period for a refund, minus direct ad spend.
Legal Compliance: By using our services, you agree to comply with the regulations outlined in the Ontario Regulation 853/93 which can be accessed here. For clients outside Ontario, you are responsible for adhering to the laws regarding professional misconduct within Canada and your respective zone of activities.
Acceptance: By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Service Agreement.
