Find the right access route for your Digid project
Use this page if you are already working with Digid and need the correct link, file, meeting material, workspace, course access, dashboard, or review item for an active project.
Client access is project-specific. Some engagements use a shared document workspace. Others use a cloud project, course workspace, CRM portal, automation dashboard, knowledge base, reporting view, or private implementation link. Digid will route you to the right place based on the work in progress.
What clients usually need
- Project workspace: meeting links, workshop outputs, task lists, decisions, next steps, and delivery checkpoints.
- Evidence and documents: shared files for funding, DMAP/TDP, BDC LIFT readiness, SR&ED evidence, governance, training, QMS, cloud, or implementation work.
- Systems access: CRM, cloud, automation, reporting, knowledge-base, course, or implementation environments that are part of the engagement.
- Review material: drafts, requirements, workflow maps, reports, assessment outputs, approval items, or notes that need client input.
What to send when access is missing
Send one clear request with enough context for Digid to verify the project and route the material safely.
- Your company name and the project or service name.
- The exact item you need: shared folder, workbook, report, course link, dashboard, meeting recording, quote, task list, or approval document.
- The email address and role of each person who needs access.
- What changed: new team member, expired link, missing permission, wrong workspace, or unclear next step.
Security and permission checks
Digid may confirm the request before sharing private links, client documents, cloud resources, funding evidence, course materials, or active implementation workspaces. This protects project materials and keeps access aligned with the engagement.
Starting something new
If you are not yet a client, or if the request is for a new AI, funding, governance, training, cloud, QMS, or implementation project, start with a review instead of using this access route.
