AI Adoption + Funding Readiness

Check the right next step for your AI project.

Use this short assessment when your team has an AI, automation, cloud, training, or funding idea but the next step is still unclear. Your answers help Digid route the project toward the right conversation: readiness review, funding fit, governance, onboarding, or a smaller first build.

What the assessment checks.

The goal is not to score AI hype. The goal is to understand whether one real workflow has enough value, source data, ownership, control, and timing to justify a review or first build.

01

Workflow value

Which process, customer interaction, document flow, quality record, reporting task, or operational bottleneck is worth improving first.

02

Readiness gaps

Whether the team has usable data, current tools, clear ownership, approval points, privacy boundaries, and enough capacity to act.

03

Funding direction

Whether the project may be worth reviewing for BDC LIFT, DMAP/TDP, SR&ED evidence, training support, cloud credits, or a self-funded sprint.

1

Answer with one workflow in mind

Think about a real process: sales intake, support, quoting, reporting, inspection, training, documents, knowledge search, or operations follow-up.

2

Submit the assessment

The survey stays on Digid. It passes campaign and session context so the review can connect back to the same path.

3

Book the review if the project is active

If there is a real owner, budget question, funding angle, or deadline, book the review after submitting so the conversation can be specific.

Start the assessment.

Answer as practically as possible. Short, imperfect answers are useful if they describe the workflow, the systems involved, and what your team wants to improve.

Prefer to talk it through?

Book a practical review if you already have a workflow, funding question, governance concern, or implementation timeline.
